My apologies if you've come by in the last two days and I spoke absolute nonsense. According to Audra, I've been in and out of lucidity to the point of carrying on conversation, but I wouldn't know since I can't remember anything save when I first came in, and then a pervasive sense of being made of marshmallow.

At any rate, I know there's been some concern on my part and I wanted to say both thank you and that while I look fairly rough now, apparently I should be in outpatient treatment by the week-end of course, where I should go from here -- oh, strike. None to worry.

Dunno yet how the DA is going to handle training up the Resistance, but we should at least make sure that all of H7 knows how to perform the Patronus Charm. I'm trying to remind myself that we don't yet know how many will be here, yet, and it might be more manageable than I think...

I just doubt Snape is going to be a comparable to Dumbledore as an enforcer of the Dementor boundaries. But at least they are equally as likely to attack anyone. A soul is a soul.

Morale is going to be rock bottom, regardless. I'd hate to say it, but we should probably sharpen our Cheering Charms.

Per the announcement by the Carrows regarding Hogwarts' new security system, I recommend that you make a stop at Honeydukes or your favourite chocolate purveyor before coming to the train station. Chocolate is remarkably the best medicine for situations such as these, but in case you're wondering whether it will help to eat a load of it before you come, the answer is no. All you'll have is a stomach ache.

Strange how hollow the place seems on holidays. I can only imagine the gap during Summer Break - must be a ghost-town in the very real, very literal sense of the word.

It's rather nice, if only because you can examine the place a bit more. I don't think I ever really noticed the archtecture of this place before in all the day-to-day chaos. Pretty remarkable.
